Ahh. Good things.
Jul. 1st, 2006 02:24 pmA League of Their Own is on. Goddamn, my mom is so good at finding awesome movies on tv.
Things I have accomplished today:
- Put together what I hope is the final plan for Montreal. I need to run it by my parents, but I don't foresee any objections. If it is the final plan, that means all there is to do for the next 11 days is squee.
- Checked the mobile DMV schedule. They're here on Monday so I can renew my non-driver ID. Or renew my permit.
- Put myself on the wait list for a dorm at JWU. I do not want to live on campus, but it makes Mom feel better.
- Found listings for two ideal apartments. E-mailed Jonathan about being my roommate. Got my fingers crossed he'll say yes. We'd still need to find a third person if he says yes, but finding one between the two of us is easier than finding two by myself.
Later I'm going to catsit at my aunt's apartment for the weekend. An entire weekend with just a cat and me. And Vh1 Classic. And no family. Couldn't have come at a better time.
