Whee Random
Dec. 4th, 2006 05:43 pmWhee, I think I'm getting cold #2 of the season.
At least, I hope it's a cold. I generally get one mondo-uber-illness every winter, usually in December, and now would be the worst time to get said mondo-uber-illness.
Ideally I'll get sick, like, the day before I go home. That way I won't miss any work I wasn't missing anyway.
*snort*
Of course, with that being the ideal I'll get sick tomorrow and won't get better until the day before I go home.
E---'s dad (the hot one) was extremely chatty today. It was confusing. I was under the impression he had a quota of full words he was allowed to say during the day and he didn't want to use them all up in the morning.
We bitched about the snow. Well, no. He bitched, I bounced and informed him of my plans to make a snowman.
Not that any of it stuck long enough to make a snowman. And I don't own gloves. But still. Snowman.
He thinks I'm insane. I love it. Mwahahahahahahah omg.
This is the second time (out of two) I've gotten all ditzy right before law class. Awesome.
Got an Amazon.com credit card today. I was shopping for the sister, got everything settled, and on the checkout page it said "get $30 back on this purchase when you are approved for an Amazon.com Visa!"
And I was all "omg this order is only $28. It's freeee!"
(Chrissy was talking to me when all this was happening. She'll confirm I was unnaturally excited)
So I applied and got approved. My Dad wanted me to get a credit card, anyway, so I could use it RESPONSIBLY (I swear, he said it italicized and in all caps) and build my credit history so I won't have as many problems getting a loan next year as I did this year.
I think he wanted me to choose one RESPONSIBLY and not go all "ooh free money WANT WANT WANT" but...eh.
